Coach Lawson holds the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and the National USSF "D" License. Coach
Lawson is Coordinator of Recreational Programming/Varsity Men's Soccer Coach/Intramural Director at
Huntington University. Coach Lawson graduated from Huntington College in 1991 and headed the college’
s soccer program from 1994-1997. As a player at Huntington he was a three-year starter for the
Foresters and a member of two of the most successful soccer teams in the school’s recent history. The
1988-89 team went 14-6 during his sophomore season, and 20-5 the following year, which included a Mid-
Central Conference co-Championship, NCCAA District III and NAIA District 21 Championships, and a third
place finish at the NCCA the National Tournament. Lawson was selected as an MCC All-Conference
midfielder during his final two seasons.
Director of Coaching Boys

Coach Castillo holds the National USSF ”D” License, NSCAA State Diploma, and Goalkeeping Diploma. He is
the head coach for the Homestead varsity boys’ soccer team where he is responsible for the overall
development of the student athletes. He also serves as head coach for the Summit Middle School Boys’
soccer team. Prior to joining Citadel FC, Coach Castillo spent four years as a head coach with the Fort
Wayne Fever Soccer Academy, coaching three teams. While at Fever Academy he started the Elite Juniors
developmental program. Coach Castillo was a head coach at Citadel FC from 1994-2003, where he was
responsible for the 1984 age group which was made up of three teams. He was in charge of the overall
development of the players beginning at age 10 through 19. His team was honored as Indiana State
Finalists in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002. He helped the team to become Indiana State Champions as well
as Midwest Regional Semi-finalists in 2001. The team was ranked #8 in the USA during the year 2001.

Goalkeeper Trainer

Coach Hollman holds National "Y" Coaching license and National USSF "D" License. He serves as the
Citadel FC Goalkeeper Trainer and Staff Coach. He was the assistant head coach for Heritage High School
Boys' team from 1996 - 1998 and Heritage's girls assistant head coach from 1998 - 2000, and was a
member of the Olivet College Men's Soccer team. A native of Fort Wayne, Coach Hollman attended
Concordia High School where he was a member of the varsity team and team captain for two years.
Director of Coaching Girls

Coach Feher holds the National USSF "B" License. He is in his 13th year of coaching, and has served as the
head coach at Leo and South Side High Schools, where in 2004 the South Side girls experienced their first-
ever sectional championship. Coach Feher also served as an assistant at the University of St. Francis and is
a member of the NSCAA, the USSF Soccer Coaches Organization, and Indiana High School Coaches
Organization. In 2006 Coach Feher coached the Citadel ’94 Boys team to the State Challenge Cup finals
where the team finished as state runner up. Coach Feher’s playing career was in Romania, his native home.
Director of Coaching and Development

Coach Cruz holds National "Y" Coaching license and National USSF "D" License. He is approaching his 14th
year of coaching at the youth select, travel and high school levels. Coach Cruz serves as the assistant
head coach for the Bishop Dwenger boy's soccer team, which during his tenure obtained five SAC titles
and a semi-state qualifier. He is a member of the Indiana High School Soccer Coaches Association,
National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Director of Training for Cruzbol International, LLC
premier soccer development school, which was founded in 2005. Before joining the Citadel team, Coach
Cruz was a member of the USF soccer team where he led his team in goals 1992 through 1995 and
assists in 1993. He holds the record today for the most assists in a season (since 1993). In 1990 and
1991, he had the privilege to train with two first division professional teams in Mexico, which helped
define his passionate coaching style today. A native of NWI/Chicago land area, Coach Cruz was selected
First Team All-Conference as a high school player (1989-1992), and as captain, his Senior year led his
team to the State Cup receiving First Team All-State honors. Coach Cruz is married with four children, two
of whom currently play for the Citadel Futbol Club.

Coach Ellison holds the National USSF "A" license. He currently serves as the head coach of the University
of St. Francis men’s soccer team, and has compiled a collegiate coaching record of 160-125-11 in his 15
year career. He is currently past-president of the NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches Association; he's on the
NSCAA All American Committee, and is a NAIA representative. He is active in the NAIA Men's Soccer
Coaches Association at the national and regional levels, where he has served as an officer since 1995.
Coach Ellison has earned “Coach of the Year” recognition in 1997, 1998, and 2002. Coach Ellison came to
Fort Wayne from Maine where he was the men's head soccer coach at Husson College. In addition he
served as the Coaching Director for the Maine State Soccer Association, where he was a coach in the
Maine Olympic Development Program. Coach Ellison was a member of the men’s varsity soccer team at the
University of Charleston, WV.

Coach Carlos Cruz
Coach Carlos is a recent graduate of Indiana Tech with a degree in Business Administration. He has been
the assistant coach for the Indiana Tech.Varsity, as well as one season as Reserve coach. Carlos played
soccer for 19 years, eight of which were at the competitive level. He played four years of college soccer at
Indiana Tech. Carlos also played of one year with the Chicago Sockers and another year with the Chicago
Ajax. Carlos played three years of Varsity High School at West Chicago Community H.S.
Coach Donahue  holds a USSF National Youth License. He grew up playing and learning the game of
soccer in Manchester Jamaica. At age 16, he was recruited to play Major league soccer with the Porus
United Football Club (formerly Golden Lions Football Club). In 1998, Donahue organized one of the most
celebrated One-Day Soccer Fiestas in Jamaica that is played annually on Easter Monday and has
attracted teams from across the Island, as well as, Canada and Chicago.
He is the founder of Inner City Soccer of Fort Wayne, Indiana; a soccer program with camps and after
school activities designed for kids of every social stratum to participate for their enjoyment and health
without worry about fees that they may not be able to afford. Donahue is a member of the US Soccer
Coaches' Net (formerly US Soccer Coaches Association), and an active member of US Youth Soccer, Soccer
Start Program and Soccer Across America.
