U9 & U10 BOYS
Phil currently holds a National D License and a National Youth License. Coach Phil has been a coach with Citadel FC for the past 3 years, coaching primarily U8-U10 Boys. His philosophy at this level is to ensure the 'lads' receive adequate technical training during these formative years while never forgetting to have FUN! Passion for the game of futbol is what continues to motivate him, instilling the excitement and intensity of this sport to our youth players. It is more important to learn the fundamentals of a game before learning the art of winning. Although Coach Phil demands 110% it wouldn't matter if they weren't also having 250% FUN!!! Phil has played more than 25 years of competitive club/college futbol and has been coaching for over 8 years at the youth levels. He also spent 2 years as a Coerver Coach.
